Well-appointed and tastefully decorated rooms with view, felt like home. There were an electric kettle and fridges upon arrival.

I liked the room with view, the bed was comfortable. There were fresh fruit and omelet for breakfast. The exceptionally nice and ideal location was easy walk to Caribe Jewelry Museum & Factory.

This hotel was excellent place for exploring Cartagena, thoroughly enjoyed it and venue’s extremely helpful and very very helpful staff in assisting to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The location was favourable - near the historic center, all bars and restaurants are located, and restaurants and supermarkets.

intercontinental cartagena exceeded my expectations. the hotel staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. the room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning oceanfront view. overall, a 10/10 stay!

Delicious and large breakfast and lots of goodies. Had great location to the old township of Cartagena, next to Bocagrande beaches.

For the third time in the "Interconti" Cartagena and still very satisfied. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the staff is very well trained and friendly, the pool with almost 50 meters length is very suitable for extensive swimming. Breakfast grandiose with a large selection of fruits and fresh juices.

Regardless of the hotel, the stand quality has unfortunately deteriorated due to the somewhat pushy dealers.

All the services were good. The room we got was brand-new with great views, everything was amazing. The breakfast was large and provided with precooked eggs as part of the Buffett, pancakes and nice view.
